If the financial proposal of the company is acceptable for the government, the contract may be given with out bidding, since the company belongs to China government.

Also completing this building before elections will immensely benefit Chandrababu Naidu and Telugu Desam Party’s poll prospects. Singapore experts team will submit the Master Plan towards the end of May or early June.
