Meet Angelica Kenova, the new 'Human Barbie' in town, who not only looks likes like a living doll - but is treated like one too.

Angelica, 26, from Moscow, Russia, still lives with her parents and has never had a boyfriend.

She has been dressed up as a Barbie since birth and is only allowed to go on dates if her mother, Natalia, accompanies her.

Yet Angelica - who claims to be a model, child psychologist and ballet dancer - regularly poses for half-naked photos which her parents approve of.

Angelica, boasts the same unrealistic body proportions and wide-eyed features as a Barbie.

She has a tiny 20-inch waist, a 32E bra size and weighs a minuscule 6 stones and 5lbs.

Angelica - who's amassed thousands of fans on social media - maintains that her walking-talking doll looks were achieved without plastic surgery.

She says: "Growing up, my parents raised me like a princess and never let me go out, date boys or have the usual adult experiences.

"As a result, I am not fit for real life - I'm like a living doll.

"My mother and father, Evegniy, have been overprotective all my life.

"Some parents practically chuck their child out of the family home when they reach the age of 18 but not mine.

"But my parents are so proud of me today and they encourage my modeling work.

"Since I was a child, my parents styled me as a 'Barbie' so I'm glad that I'm equated to one - Barbie is the idol of girls around the world."

Growing up, Angelica was given the best upbringing and education that money could buy.

She says: "My parents called me 'the princess'. They always bought me the best toys.

"They sent me to the most prestigious educational establishments around and took great care to protect me from any problems.

"You could say, my parents gave me too much attention. I was not allowed to do anything without their say-so."

Adirindayya Chandram -Video Watch Episode -1

A day after submitting a memorandum to the Chief Electoral Officer seeking de-recognition of the TDP for its alleged failure to fulfil its poll promises, the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) on Wednesday released a CD, titled, ‘Adirindayya Chandram’, highlighting the failures of the Naidu government in its one-year rule.

Speaking to reporters after releasing the CD, APCC chief Raghuveera Reddy said Chief Minster N Chandrababu Naidu had failed to keep even a single promise in the last one year. “He just used false promises to come to power. Naidu should hold Daganadu instead of Mahanadu,” he said.

Stating that he would send the CD even to the TDP office, he said, “All those who are attending Mahanadu should watch this CD to know the truth.” Raghuveera also said his party would continue its fight against the “misrule of TDP government” and see that it fulfils all the promises made to the people of the State.

He further said going by the contradictory statements of the TDP, it was evident the government was out to deceive the people and had made poll promises only to reap electoral dividends. “This is a violation of the Representation of People’s Act and the Election Commission should take action against the party by de-recognising it,” he demanded.

Accusing Naidu of deceiving the people of Telangana too, Reddy said Naidu had claimed it was because of his letter that Telangana State was formed and in AP, he blamed the Congress for State division.

“If he has the guts, let him accept that he wrote the letter for division of the State to the then UPA government. Naidu should adopt a resolution in the ongoing Mahanadu on the same,” Raghuveera said.

A delegation of Congress leaders, led by Raghuveera, on Tuesday met Chief Electoral Officer of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Bhanwar Lal and submitted a memorandum asking the Commission to de-recognise the TDP.

“Since TDP had failed to fulfil promises made during polls it amounts to deception and the EC should take action against the party for cheating the people of the State,” they said.

NGT Notices to Centre, Andhra Govt Over capital city at Amaravathi

The National Green Tribunal bench on Wednesday issued notices to the Centre and the AP government seeking their response on a plea questioning the development of a new capital city on the southern side of river Krishna in between Vijayawada and Guntur, allegedly without environmental clearances. The tribunal adjourned the case to July 27. 

The counsel, appearing for petitioners P Srimannarayana and others, sought a stay on land acquisition in the region by pointing out that the AP government had selected the location to develop a green field capital city called “Amaravathi” without taking into account ecological and environmental aspects. 

There is every likelihood of a major environmental disaster and loss of public money as the areas identified fall in the flood-prone zone, the counsel argued. The bench asked the counsel about the frequency of floods in the area. In reply, the counsel said the frequency of floods was high.
