June 22 (IANS) An Indian employee in Dubai, accused of watching a lady utilizing a washroom in a mosque, was convicted of molestation and sentenced to 3 months in jail on Monday.
A Dubai courtroom additionally ordered that the 26-yr-previous be deported on completion of his sentence, the Khaleej Times reported.
The employee claimed that he entered the washroom to wash its partitions and fan.
The complainant, a forty seven-yr-previous Saudi translator, advised the prosecutor that the incident occurred on March eleven.
“I handed by a employee and noticed him watering the crops in the yard. Shortly after I entered the cubicle, I smelt an odour of sweat. It lasted for 4 to 5 minutes,” she stated.
According to the lady, no one else had entered the washroom and when she rotated, she noticed the employee was watching her.
